CONSUMER LOANS

Target employees who have no guarantee to enable them secure loans that could enable them meet the cost of living such as school fees, house construction, purchase of motor vehicles etc.

The amount of loan depends on:

• Basic salary.
• Net pay.
• Ability to pay back the loan in 24 – 60 months.

Requirements

• The Contract between Tanzania Postal Bank and the Employer to guarantee the employees.
• Net pay must be not less than 1/3 of the Gross salary or not less than 30,000 after all deductions including the requested loan.
• 3 recently passport size photographs.
• 3 consequtive months salary slips (in one page) which have been approved by the employer.
• Photocopy of both sides of an employee’s ID taken in one page.
• Letter of application for loan written by an employee addressed to Manager of the relevant branch.
